Visit Details

what does a prenatal visit look like?

1st Visit

We will spend time discussing your expectations for birth, develop a birth plan, and provide an overview of childbirth and pain management techniques.

2nd Visit

Labor Dress Rehearsal. We will spend time walking through different pain management techniques and positions, what/if scenarios, postpartum healing, & basic breastfeeding and newborn care.

what does a postpartum visit look like?

1st Visit

Within 48 hours after birth. Help with the establishment of breastfeeding if needed and address any concerns you may be having.

2nd Visit

Within 2 weeks after birth. Address any breastfeeding concerns, assist in baby-wearing, postpartum healing, and answer any questions or issues you may be having.
